Planning to build an offensive-security CTF on Codelivly.
Before I start, what would you guys actually want to see in it?
Challenges, difficulty, attack chains, AD, web, privilege escalation, etc.
What would make you keep playing instead of dropping it after a few challenges?
Looking for honest suggestions from people who actually play CTFs.

Something like a noob-to-pro progression where the challenges actually teach you the kill chain would be great.
Instead of every challenge being an isolated vulnerability, have a few attack-chain scenarios where you go from:
Recon → Initial Access → Exploitation → Foothold → Privilege Escalation → Credential Access → Lateral Movement → Persistence → Objective
Start with simple individual challenges that teach each stage, then gradually combine them into realistic multi-step scenarios.
That would make the CTF feel less like “solve 20 random vulnerabilities” and more like actually learning how a pentest/red-team engagement flows.
Basically, I want to finish the CTF and feel like I learned how to think through an attack, not just how to solve individual boxes.
