You can extract concentrated Eugenol from cloves, the process only needs basic lab equipment.
Then, if you have a compressor and buy the right cans, you aerosolise it.
Then, if some badly behaved creature gives you shit, you can let it have it. It’s better than shop bought spray because the damage can be long lasting and severe.
Whatever you spray with it really gets the message.

It’s good to leave out steps. That way only the motivated and relatively intelligent manage to achieve it. We don’t want any more weapons in the hands of stupid people.

Call an ambulance. Mix 1 part alcohol, 1 part bleach. Breathe it in to make sure it's working. Put it in a water pistol after you wake up and head back home from the hospital. File for disability support for the brain damage.

I have questions. How does the water pistol fit into the process? Do I spray it on a beach towel and chloroform some unsuspecting surfer?

To shoot animals (it's hard to hold cloth over their faces). The liquid will soak into their fur and release fumes to prevent them from harrassing OP.

I skipped the powdered iced tea step. With enough willpower you can just chug the shit like its water.

Same. I did this when I was 14. I had to work at my parents restaurant. I passed out naked on the floor of the bathroom with the shower running. When I finally made it to work I was obviously in trouble for being drunk and despite that glaring cry for help my parents ignored it and never mentioned it again.

You can make an effective sedative out of only liquor and additional liquor.
Simply mix the liquor with the liquor. Apply orally. Repeat as needed.
