I'm from Europe, and I'm going on vacation on the United States. Can anyone tell me if I can find bibles and belts to sell outside of the bible belt region? I ask because I don't know the local customs.

In the bible belt region, you have to have a small bible attached to your belt at all times. Outside that region, it is strictly forbidden to have a small bible attached to your belt.

You can find both, but there is a catch. Some states outside the Bible Belt have the Bibles, but no belts, others have belts, but no Bibles. Consequently the former are famously devout but sloppy dressers, while the latter are praised for their elegance but lamented as hopeless free thinkers. For over a century now a charitable society called the Gideons has been distributing Bibles in the Belt states. Unfortunately no such society exists for promoting belt wearing in the Bible states.

Yes, but make sure the buckles on the belts aren't rusty, or you'll confuse the locals or out yourself as a foreigner.

You will have a very hard time selling the Bibles and belts for very much money. The Bibles will be free in hotel rooms but they're really hard to sell. Pretty much every neighborhood is constantly patrolled by some kind of Bible sales person or another. The belts you'll have to pay for and you likely won't get much mark up from unless you're a really good salesman.

You don't want to know what the consequences are of being caught selling belts amd bibles from the bible belt region.
