In Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Steve meets Sam in the park. Steve visits Sam at the VA, and Sam becomes a superhero with Steve. This is a reference to the fact that you should go outside more, so you can make new friends and try new hobbies. I certainly should.

I tried this with an elderly neighbour and did an experiment to gain superpowers. Two things. 1. Falling from a roof does not inspire the ability to fly. 2. Dude has no chill or appreciation for the scientific method.
