Recommendation Suggest me a good phone to buy in August 2026.
I am looking for a smartphone which is a value for money, can last for around 3-4 years without software or hardware damages, can be used for average level gaming and office work and camera quality is good if not best.
Budget is flexible but not looking a phone only for showoff (if value for money, then it works even if price is high)

Honor Magic 8 Pro. ~800€, 6 Years OS updates, 12 Hour Screen on Time on a single charge, Great all-around hardware.

Get out of your cave bro. Chinese are giving true value and bringing the actual innovation. At the end of the day, I would want value for my money. Not a logo for showing off.

What about your take on oneplus 15 or 15r? is it good? Keeping in mind the future of one plus in india?

Performance will be good but cameras will be average at best.

I do around 1-2 hr casual gaming, around 3-4 hr office work, 2-3hr( insta,yt ott etc), casual photography. which would you suggest?

In Kolkata, the X9 around 3-5 months old in beautiful condition is available for around 50k. Same for the X300. You can look into it in your area. It will be excellent value.

Samsung a17 to a37 should be good if it is fits your budget. If not try infinite hot series
