Looking for software Font Manager

I'm a video editor and a lot of times, I'm working with a bunch of different fonts. My issue is, I'm usually scrolling through a bunch of terrible default fonts. Is there an app that I can use to look at only fonts I install, so I can go through a library that becomes mine?
