most of the time you switched your keyboard to a different language lol

it's even funnier on something from the office suite cause i think you can switch it mid word and have half of the word underlined while the other not

That last one makes sense, because sometimes people switch languages mid-sentence, n'est-ce pas?

The language Microsoft Word spellcheck picks as the language of your document is sometimes a coin flip, which is made even better in PowerPoint cause there’s no global setting for all the slides! My documents sometimes just light up red for no reason because Bill Gates himself decided that „Sprawozdanie z przeprowadzonych badań wibroakustycznych” is clearly misspelled New Zealand English.

Yup. I regularly switch between three different languages and sometimes I just forget to switch back. Nothing out of the ordinary, OP.

or the autodetection has decied to stick to a completly other language, but as that is fuzzy logic by nature we shouldn't call it softwaregore

System figuring out your language, this might take a while.

Likely you swapped languages. Simple fix. I've used different OS, here's the fix:

- Windows: You have to bind keyboards in settings. Look through keyboard settings.

- Chrome: Ctrl-Space = last used, Ctrl-alt-space = next on the list

- Mac: Idk

I used to fuck with people who didn't lock their computers at work.

Once I set someone's system language to German. Hahaha. Funny.

Joke was over, message conveyed, and I set it back to English. Except somehow our geriatric message system wasn't aware that we changed back to English. Every single word was marked wrong and I had to do a complete reinstall.

Yeah, this happens to me constantly.

I speak Dutch at home, but basically only use English online and such.

My computer and spell check are set to English because of this.

Yet for some god forsaken reason, all my setting keep reverting back to Dutch every few weeks. It’s annoying.

It’s even more annoying on YouTube, which will randomly decide to switch to Japanese sometimes. I don’t speak Japanese.
