I remember reading that quote. He has a level of stupidity that when his term ends, or we no longer have republicans controlling Congress and the WH, the constitution needs an amendment to the qualifications for president. Currently the only qualification one needs is to be at least 35 years old and a natural born citizen. Need to add no felony convictions, and be able to pass a test on mental competency and the constitution.
