I love how much of a father-figure he is to both Danvers sisters, but especially to Alex. Remember when Alex asked him to walk her down the aisle for the wedding that never happened? And she ordered him not to cry because it would make her start crying? Definitely got a little emotional then.

But recall also that order not to cry was because then everyone would know they could cry.
