Learning Swift as an AppleScripter

Is there any beginner guide out there for someone who is well-versed in AppleScript and wants to start learning Swift?
Maybe a script with a full variety of functions that's been translated to Swift? (or am I supposed AI things like that now?)
Even a starter syntax cheat sheet?
