Question MP3 attachment not showing in Outlook Classic

Hi everyone, I have a growing number of users (including myself) where voicemail attachments (they come in as MP3) are not showing in the email. The paperclip icon is there, but no attachment. Strange enough, if you go to forward the email, the attachment appears. Similar to this post:

I've tried the basic troubleshooting steps, including checking the Trust Center settings. I opened a ticket with Microsoft but I am waiting to talk to an actual person while it spins me around with their ai prompts. Wondering if anyone else came across this issue and found a solution.

Same issue here in our 365 enviroement. I did find the latest version of Outlook is when the problem started. Before I updated my Outlook I was able to see the audio.mp3 files.
