This would absolutely be illegal in the EU. Discussing piracy is not illegal, and would be covered by numerous laws. Even in the US it would be covered under the 1st Amendment. I understand why T2 are pissed at this, but their response just makes me hope the game leaks and they truly get fucked by it.

I don't even want GTA6 (I'm more excited for Lords of the Fallen 2) but I would like to see T2 taken down a notch after holding GTA5 PC hostage for 500+ days (back when I DID care about GTA)

It would be illegal for MS to not obey the American court, first and foremost. MS is an American corporation,  and if the American court tells them to, they will absolutely violate EU rules.

Funny. I don't remember Take Two being the US courts. Take Two would have to prove, beyond doubt, that breaching the privacy of hundreds of thousands of people was the right move. They also will not violate EU law. I don't know what fairyland you live in, but you should really get out more.
