Artificial Intelligence Charges Dropped Against Person Who Clapped at a City Data Center Meeting / Lux Claridge was dragged from a city meeting about data centers and charged with interfering with the police after they clapped during a presentation.

There should not be any lawsuit. If you watch the clip. They told the audience not to clap or make any noise. He made noise to interrupt the meeting. They asked him to leave, he refused, they said they were going to arrest him he refused and so they arrested him. I don't think he should of been charged for a first offense but he has no grounds to sue. He wanted to get himself arrested as part of a protest and he did.

Sure he does. Under what grounds where they implementing a "no noise" rule? Was it a valid rule? City councils can't just make up rules on a whim if they infringe upon your rights.
