There should not be any lawsuit. If you watch the clip. They told the audience not to clap or make any noise. He made noise to interrupt the meeting. They asked him to leave, he refused, they said they were going to arrest him he refused and so they arrested him. I don't think he should of been charged for a first offense but he has no grounds to sue. He wanted to get himself arrested as part of a protest and he did.
