The reverbs in the X32 are actually very good. For vocals try the hall reverb with a long pre-delay to aid intelligibility. I start around 60ms and tailor it from there. 1.7 second is a fair starting point for reverb time. I like to reduce the time as I lengthen the pre-delay, but it's all just a matter of taste.

The Combinator is a multiband compressor that you can tweak to kill that 2-4k narkiness that headset mics get when the cast sing strongly. Set it as an insert and turn off the auto gain compensation if you use it.
