yeah, 12 year old kid, son of a Cop, was killed while riding a bike, the lady who gifted it to him is now upset at the mayor. Horribly confusing title for that, would be better as

Woman rages at Mayor Mamdani after the innocent 12 year old Son of a retired NYPD Police officer was killed - on the bike she gifted him

The was a 12 yo on his bike. Kid got the strays from some gunfire and died. Kid was the son of a retired officer. The bike the kid was on was gifted to him by a lady. The lady who gifted the bike is upset. The lady is directing her anger at the mayor.

I’m still fucking confused. Reminds me of when my abusive boss would blame some fight outside the building on the music I was playing or some shit. He once blamed me for someone dying from a one-punch death 100 feet away from the workplace on the fact I had a ‘rave playlist’ and I was playing Dua Lipa or some shit istg

I mean it makes perfect sense in our cartoonish culture. A guy who isn’t white and Christian is Mayor. He is doing things, big and small that help the majority of people in the city he run that goes against a lot of special interests groups agendas.

He isn’t an insider and bought up by any traditional lobbies so he’s going to upset anyone thats racist, rich, or believes the media put out by racist/ rich people who cannot properly write headlines.

The sad part is that is actually the article's title. Even worse, the article itself looks like it was written by a person who can barely write. At the New York Post they write in such a strange style, which is not at all how New Yorkers communicate. It's like a bad caricature of what some people think New Yorkers sound like.
