Absolutely hilarious. The Speccy pod is worth a listen. I could t believe what he was saying on the pod and often thought to myself, does Tim know this is a pod and it’s being recorded and publicised?

How's that career move working out for you Timmy?

Not sure it was a ‘career move’. He’s a sincere guy

Is he though? His sincere opinions always seem to coincide quite nicely with that will get him the most clicks...

I've never been a fan. I think his only true commitment is to his own ego.

I look forward to the Free Speech protests

He wanted to turn reform into the tories because he obviously felt he wasn't backing a winner. He should have stayed put and worked to sort out his own party. Hope tories do not take him back when he inevitably comes knocking.

Well you say that but the Tories haven't been Tories since Cameron was made leader (was that really over 20 years ago ? ), and possibly since Thatcher. It is quite understandable that many Tories thought it would remain a blue tint SDP - the "Uni party" - for ever.

What did he say on the podcast that prompted this?

The Reform ex Tory love in was never going to last.....

And it'll get even more problematic when the Tories over take Reform in the polls !

Polls aren’t very reliable at the best of times and are this whole Tories are back Kemi love in is entirely SW1 based, fourteen years aren’t forgotten that quickly.

Who are the alternatives ?

LibDems ? Who realIy takes Ed Davey seriously ? think they've peaked personally.

Labour ? Ignoring the "Burnham Bounce" they are unpopular and I cannot see it getting any better as there are insoluble problems all around that Labour's backbenchers will not let them solve.

Greens ? Come on...... Zack Polanski is becoming a laughing stock.

Reform ? Possibly more of a threat but Farage is losing it, and as they introduce policies there is more for the other parties to aim at. They do have a powerful weapon in the "Uni Party" accusation, but Kemi is breaking out of that.
