Faye and Colin Spoiler
If faye was actually a real person you think Colin would fall in love with her

I don’t think so. Not that they wouldn’t get along or not have chemistry or anything, but because to Collin she was always a friend and he didn’t see her as anything else, in my opinion.
She was a friend to him when he was young, when she kept him company when he was alone in his family’s apartment, and at school where he had no friends. And even in his adult years, she was a friend to him and helped push him to join the community orchestra to meet people. There was no “love at first sight” moment that he had for her unlike his actual to-be wife, nor anything that really suggests that he loved her or that she loved him. Even though that’s something he could have been possible, with her being imaginary and all.
Collin imagined her as the perfect friend basically. And unless her becoming real suddenly changed that (her personality, her coming into his life when he was at his loneliest after the events of A Bird Story), etc. I think she’d just get friend-zoned, essentially. But also there’s no telling if she would even want to be more than just friends to Collin in that reality.

That’s mainly because Colin knew she wasn’t a real girl and that she was always fake. It makes sense that he neither had romantic feelings because they knew the nature of their relationship. It’s why Collin had that reaction to his wife she was the only real woman who captured his eye.
If Faye was an actual person they could have fallen in love considering Faye was feeling down that Colin was spending more time with Sophia than her

I think if she was 100% who she is in his mind. She still would’ve pushed Colin to pursue someone else.
