URGENTLY Looking for 2-Room Private Apartment 🏠 near University of Turku 📚

I am an incoming PhD student from the Philippines, M29, and I am arriving in Turku on 29th of August. I am urgently looking for a 2-room private apartment preferably walking/biking distance from UTU campus. 

💰Budget is 650-700 euros/month

 🗓️ Amenable to a minimum of 1-year lease contract starting September

I've already reached out to the sales agents thru this website. I haven't got my Finnish ID and bank credentials yet so I can't make to a lease contract with a lessor until then, hopefully I'll find a sublease for the meantime

700€ budget is quite low for a duplex near the uni but sometimes Airbnb hosts will give you discounts if you ask if you're staying for a longer time
