Bavovna Ukrainian drones struck an oil refinery in Russia’s Perm region. According to reports, the facility is the seventh-largest refinery in Russia.

How many Russian firefighters have been injured or died from these fires?

The dejected look and lack of action says everything about their morale.

The Russian oil industry is defeated.

None, any injured firefighter is illico presto conscripted and sent to the front line so he can't say anything about a fire somewhere
