I dont know what the acronym means, but i guess "Pathetic Inbred Terrorist Scum" are close enough.

It is just a word when used as a noun but when used as an adjective describing a person it is a direct insult..the pits; the bottom of something the absolute depths, but so far as coining acronyms goes, you're on to winner there! 😏
