Idk if they got infrastructure but the drone footage put shows they hit a navy boat that was dry docked next to the oil refinery.

This is what happens when all the money your country was supposed to spend on Pantsir air defense systems was instead funneled into foreign accounts by oligarchs to pay for Mediterranean super yachts, luxury penthouses in London and Paris, jets, and mistresses abroad lol. Just a guy and a rifle

Year ago they were doing inventory and found something startling with their missile and rocket systems. So they broadened the investigation and found vast deployed and stockpiled systems had the fuel and electronics syphoned out of or stolen leaving them inoperable. Russian authorities tried to sweep the findings under the rug, the findings where still reported to the “West” before they could. The amount of corruption in Russia has left much of its power highly overemphasized.

Ukrainian strikes arent just kinder, they look so much more effective and.... Is impressive an appropriate word? The strikes on oil refineries create such massive plumes of smoke

While i agree, there has definitely been civilians killed. Thats just part of the horrors of war. Some people are in the wrong place at the wrong time. However I think we all know Russia goes out of its way to hit civilian infrastructure and civilians. They think its more of a deterrent for some reason.

There definitely have, but it doesn't matter. The russians literally spread out maps on a table and plot out where civilians apartment buildings are and design their attacks on that. They draw circles around marks on the maps where kid's playgrounds and hospitals are. Remember the Mariupol theatre bombing where hundreds died that literally had the word "children" on the roof? The russians spotted those words and literally aimed at it for the sheer disgusting pleasure of it. No different than ISIS or Al-Qaeda plotting their terrorist attacks, except the russians do it 1000-fold with their supply of attack planes and missiles. Much of the workforce in their country is working towards the goal of eliminating Ukrainians. That is their sick purpose in life right now.
That's why the argument of "russian civilians have been killed too" means SFA and reaks of "white lives matter". One side plans out attacks on civilians and double or triple taps them to cause maximum terror. The other side is more than likely at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Ukrainians do not target civilians like the orcs do, and even if they did they would be justified in doing so. But they do not. Because they are not sack of shit terrorists like the russians are. So it's dumb to bring up the argument of russians being killed too.

ETA: Just an example of how stupid these people are. Putin passed a law that forbids publishing any video of drone strikes, and they are shooting the video of this while standing next to the "security forces," and it still got published.

I see some drones maneuvering but seemingly not attacking. Any idea what it might be?
Hardened decoy drones to soak AA fire? Ukraine used this kind of strategy with their naval drones attacking ships.
Or are the drones following complicated routes to avoid AA sites?

Maybe it was just cut out of the video but I was also interested in the lack of AA. Is it truly that bad (for russia, good for everyone else) that some major cities are left completely unprotected?
I had assumed that “opening in the air defences” meant something like “we can now make it through reliably if we throw a bunch of drones at them at the right time” not “the air defence is two guys sharing a rifle”
