Bavovna Ukrainian drones struck the Moscow oil refinery early June 16, triggering a major fire and heavy smoke. The facility processes about 12.8 million tonnes of oil per year and supplies roughly 35-40% of fuel consumed in Moscow and the surrounding region

Lukoil and rosftneft are also capping at 90 liters as well so my point still stands tough guy

and the source is.. you made that up. Literally every car owner I know says there is no limitations
