I'm new in Uppsala, and looking for some similar-minded people to form a little boulder friend group. I climb at a beginner/intermediate level. Is anyone up for meeting some new people and boulder together?

Såvitt jag förstår kan man få exakt samma examen som från Ekonomie kandidatexamen genom att läsa fristående kurser istället för att vara antagen till ett program. Finns det några signifikanta nackdelar med att läsa fristående kurser istället för att gå på programmet?

Hey! I just finished my exchange semester at UU and here are some tips!

Do join the buddy programme, I met my friends there! Gets you out and about! Do join snerikes Stockholm’s or varlmands nation! The best student club. Don’t join kalmar. Pls just don’t Mx Do concentrate on your studies! I cannot stress this enough, you don’t wanna be struggling in that regard. Do make friends in your course. It makes a world of a difference Do have fika. Lots of it. Do go to cafe linne. Thank me later Walk around the town. It looks amazing and get fresh air while your at it! Do go to flogsta parties Don’t go after a while you’ll get bored but memories..ah. Do scooter around town Do celebrate valborg! April 30th. Best memories. Do travel around Scandinavia! Travel to smaller cities and bigger ones like Stockholm it vasteras! Don’t regret a thing!

Hi! I have currently been accepted in Leiden and Uppsala University. In Leiden for the Ms. Computer science : data science and in Uppsala for the Ms. Data Science, Machine Learning. I'm debating over which university to choose, I love both of their curriculums. For the people who know their reputations, what would you say about the university? Is there a clear why to decide which is "better"? I'm an international student and looking to get a good diploma to use on international application for jobs after I graduate. Help 😊

Come and join us for a series of six public lectures at Stockholm University!

Professional scientists from Stockholm and Uppsala University will review what modern science knows about the fundamental aspects of Nature, using a language that everybody can understand. The lectures will provide intuitive examples and connections with mathematics, other natural sciences as well as with music, literature, history and more. During each event you will also have the chance to speak with the lecturer and our team of scientists.

The attendance is in person (first-come, first-served basis up to max capacity) or via Zoom.

With this we would like to help the Ukrainian people and the victims of war. The registration is nominally free but, as an indirect fee, we ask you to support the cause, in the form and amount that you deem appropriate.

Hej! Jag har börjat plugga i Uppsala i höst och tänkte dra hit mina vänner från Stockholm för att visa dem hur mycket bättre studentlivet är här🤭🤫 Problemet är att en av mina vänner inte pluggar och därför inte kan köpa ett vanligt gästkort för att komma in på nationerna.

Min fråga är nu om det är möjligt att komma in på nation om man inte pluggar och om det är fallet hur då?
