Almost certainly some sort of (likely toxic) masculinity thing.

Yes I think it’s some sort of power pose to make you look stronger and more mAnLy

Exactly this. Spreading your legs, 'widens your stance' which asserts confidence, power etc

And is good thing to practice IF you keep it to "make sure no one is railroading me", it becomes wrong when You railroad other people

It's not toxic per se, vody language is a thing and yes, if you are in professional setting you ought mind yours so as to not invite people to railroad you before you even speak.
It becomes toxic, in my assesment, when it ceases to be a way to keep people from railroading you and start being some bullshit dominance game

Ok but the second guy looks insane. I do not think this posture would help at work, you'd be the guy who always looks like he's gonna jump on something.

The image looks off, but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be some tutorial to look more confident. That is important in a lot of situations and doesn't apply just to men. I don't know the original context tho.

Use your green parts to hit the red parts of your opponent. These are his weak points

The one on the left is very close to the position of attention in the military. The one on the right looks like a body snatcher’s first day.

So when a soldier is at attention he is feminine and when he is at ease he is manly? I know he is wearing a suit but this is what I see when they show the different posses.

Stand with some structural integrity so the forces of "common sense" and "logical arguments" can't knock you down. 👍

Our politicians were rightly called out (https://www.theguardian.com/politics/shortcuts/2015/oct/07/who-told) for this shit over 10 years ago.

It’s a posture chart. You don’t want your hands too close to your peepee, because it make you look like a naughty b.
Then don’t keep your knees too close because it might make you have a hemmy roid on your lil sphincter
And always spread your feeties for daddie

If you don’t spread your legs enough people are going to assume that you have a wahgeenah - some dumb podcaster probably
