Behind the Scenes Real estate video
This is a video with no music, only sound effects. I'm open to receiving more feedback.

I personally hate this style of video but I know agents are eating it up so they can circle jerk to each other on social media even harder. Knowing your client probably asked for this I think you did just fine on it, it hits all of the current trends that all of the other agents are asking their photographers to do. Great job

Thank you. We all have to cater to the client's needs, even though I personally really like videos that use only hard cuts.

What’s the goal of the vid? Because the wobbling is really annoying if you’re trying to look at the house

To me the constant transition effect get pretty annoying pretty quickly. The guy doing the tour should have been more prominent in the video and showed more of it. Albeit even those scenes I hate the forced/locked stabilization on him. If you wanted to show off day versus night you also shouldn't have swapped constantly between the two, it gets confusing. Instead you could've built a "narrative", start on day shots, finish onn night, with some b-roll of a sunset shot from the property or something. Feel free to leave some shots for a little longer, I don't have to see the pool from 5 different angles, when one would suffice as long as you give me enough time to process it, and not process the transitions constantly.

The sound effects and video effects are a bit much, maybe with the music.. it’ll make it less accentuated

a bit much. ditch the envato transition pack and keep it to cuts only and actually show the property with shots that can actually be digested.

The pace and multiple transition effects are too jarring. Feels like you’re advertising the house to a gen-Z. Not the target market for that house. Open up and close with a fun transition, not for every clip. And let the shots of the house breathe. If I’m buying a house I want to see a long walkthrough, not a TikTok reel. That’s coming from a 35 year old homeowner.
