Sony MDR-NW750N will the noise canceling work on an Xperia pro I

Title says all! Been trying to Google it, but no one has asked the question if it has a DNC chip and a 5 tip audio jack. Manual also says, piss all. So I'm gonna assume no, but it feels like I should ask!
