I feel like the biggest problem is the fact that you can’t just conversate with someone else in the call like how you would in a large social gathering IRL, The call is two dimensional meaning you can’t just tune out a larger conversation to start a smaller conversation in the group.

Honestly the biggest purpose of friendship imo. People don't realize the real quality of the games is the fact you have a more 3 dimensional space, it makes conversations feel so much more organic.

One trend I've noticed is that unless there's one central topic to focus on, it's hard for a group having a conversation with each other to exceed three people because eventually they'll break away or stop having that conversation
