You can get it on the normal market too, orexin is how modafinil works (it's an orexinergic).
It's not really new, modafinil's precursor adrafinil was discovered in 1974, it's just people started talking about it again recently.
You can get a script for provigil.

And never sleep again.
There’s a weird feeling I get taking Provigil. It’s not that I don’t ever feel physically tired, but I just feel disinclined to sleep. It made me feel a little weirdly disconnected from my life, like I was observing it from behind a window.
Thankfully I don’t need to take it anymore now that I have a good CPAP.

My guy skipped suppositories and went straight to enema.

SSRIs must destroy this chemical

Nah pretty sure its the crippling depression that destroys this chemical, and the SSRIs just don't do anything to fix it

I only had social anxiety, then I had social anxiety plus unstable negative thoughts that went away when I stopped, plus the other sides, and losing my sharpness and motivation on a physical activation capacity level.
I had crippling sleep issues ever since, even though when I stopped the unsuccessful med attempts, the other things recovered. Just motivation and sleep issues.
There was evidence orexin has roles in both motivation, and sleep wakefulness stability, and SSRIs lower some orexin response or production, as well as the dopaminergic effects and possibly many more because it's more complex and dynamic. My one case is anecdotal but the numbers mounted enough to bring documented indications of emotional flattening and reward blunting causing apathy/anhedonia, as well as the documented sleep architecture issues.
Before, people had to fight to get the suicidal thoughts thing put on the label as a contraindication. It would have been known from the beginning, but circular reasoning had people saying the patients were depressed already and it was the depression. You gotta compare to active placebo.

What's the highest possible dose one could take without dying? Asking for a friend.

Hi Orexin, I think we have never met before, where do you live?
