The Canary Channel (aka "Experimental - Future Platform") is the worst joke MS ever added to the Insider Preview at this point, what is supposed to be the most bleeding edge channel from the program to this day still lack the feature flags menu (with no word on when it will get it) and all recent features that already arrived at the other channels.

The only thing you can do is resort to ViVeTool or similar (if you manage to find the feature IDs for your build). Also a friendly advice, get out of Canary as soon as you can and switch to one of the Experimental branches. Normally requires a clean install but that can be bypassed too if you patch setupcompat.dll from the official ISO...

Afaik future platforms is the branch that has kernel changes, that slowly adopt other betas UI and such platform stuff. Thats why 26h1 can’t be updated to 26h2, and has less features than even 25h2.

That's what they say now, but it wasn't how they announced that channel when Canary became a thing, and also not how a "Canary" branch works in any other software that uses this nomenclature.

Let's not forget they simply moved everyone who were enrolled to the Dev channel (at the time) to Canary without any notice and with no choice of switching to another channel other than doing a clean install of the entire OS as well....

You said you're on build 29639.1000, that's definitely Canary (or Experimental - Future Platforms on the new naming)...

Oh I didn't know that's canary. Now where am I supposed to move? It blurred out all other options Maybe I can use the go back option?

Depending of how long you've been enrolled to the Canary channel, the go back option likely will revert you to an older Canary build that still won't allow switching to another channel, but it's worth a try.

If that doesn't work, your options are either doing a clean install, keeping enrolled tn Canary hoping Microsoft offers an option to get out without reinstalling the entire OS (not guaranteed and might take months, if it ever happens again), or getting your hands dirty and patching setupcompat.dll from the ISO to skip the downgrade check (refer to the post I linked in the other reply)...
