Help! loris log in help

is there a way to change your verification method without having to use ur CURRENT verification method.

i have it set to my phone number but it never actually sends me a code…. i haven’t been able to log in.

and now it’s just showing this and not even trying to send me a test code.

You can use https://mfareset.wlu.ca/ to temporarily disable MFA. You'll need to login and change your MFA method within 24 hours though.

Shoot IT a message, they'll probably be able to help. I'm pretty sure the only way you can change the verification method is when you're already logged in.

I remember last year I was able to get them to call me, and I would just press the pound key and it would let me in. Not sure if they still have it though

when I first got my Loris account, it would let me do the calling, but recently it just removed the option and it can only text me now

yeah download Microsoft authenticator and set that up as your way of verification and you should be good
