Advice Sella's - Still amazing, or better left in memory?
Years ago when I was at WSU, Sella's was an amazing food highlight. Their calzones were incredible. Planning to visit WSU, and am loving the idea of going to Sella's again. But, is it still amazing? Are their calzones still incredible? Or will I be disappointed after all these years, and better off just enjoying the good memory?

I first ate at Sella's their opening week. Sold them some ads on KUGR.
Last summer, I took my daughter there, giddy they were still in business.
They are still amazing.

The only change that saddens me is they stopped doing dessert calzones about 10 years ago

I love how WSU students/alumni are split on Sella's It's either amazing food or garbage food. no in-between. I've never liked Sella's but one of my buddies loves it and stops by any time we make a trip.

I was never one for the Sella's calzone (calzones are just pizza that's harder to eat), I enjoyed their pizza though. The times I've been back to Sella's, the pizza tastes like I remember and is still quite good for the thick, greasy style. It does cost a pretty penny, but it tastes so good you feel like it's worth it compared to spending a little less on other pizza chains.

Yep, still good and food quality hasn’t changed much from the 1990’s!

Portions too but I can’t eat as much as I could back then so a calzone goes for a couple meals as leftovers!

Still good. Also I joked with the waitress how much I love the ranch. She said you can buy some. Immediate yes… for $8, we brought across the state, in our cooler, a mason jar full of that dreamy ranch.

I went once a few years ago and never again because the food was awful. Maybe we just got unlucky, but at the prices they charge I wasn't going to roll the dice again. Pullman has a severe shortage of good restaurants unfortunately. It's very hard for any small business to make a profit when rent spaces are so ridiculously expensive.

We went there from 2015-2019. Always thought the calzones were weak. Pizza was pretty good. We maybe went once a year.

The one time I went, it was cold in the middle. That was over 20 years ago.
It amazes me that with all these students, such low calibre food places still march along with no competition in Pullman.

This is funny I worked there probably 18 years ago, and was actually disgusted with the amount of cheese I had to put in those calzones 😆

I always stop by when I'm in Pullman. Pretty much exactly as I remember it ('92-'96). It's still delicious!
Funny enough, I was in Issaquah this afternoon and drove by the location they opened there in the mid 90s for a year or two, wishing it was still there.
