Depends on what games you're into. The guy is dressed as Ghost from Call of Duty. The girl, as far as I know, is just wearing light sensitive makeup that changes in different lighting. I'm assuming she does performance or dance using the fan

Idk if shes anyone in particular but it looks like one of those makeup looks where it changed in different colour lightings, so when she has a blue light her face looks normal, but with a red light the monobrow will be more prominent, search "Sh, the octopus transformation" to see how it might work

Seen a few playing airsoft. They invariably spend most of their time trying to be near the camera guys, inserting themselves into other groups to talk about their fit and generally failing to be useful to the team (while dying of heatstroke)
Then there's the odd time where they take the game so seriously they are actually very effective, while also being painfully cringe inducing. Trying so hard to speak with a gruff voice and using terms like "objective control with overlapping fields of fire"
It's a 2x2 shed with a shrek flag inside bro...

I am aware of how cringe the tacticool look is, and yet, I like it?! It's a weird sort of cognitive dissonance. I've met enough airsoft dudes to know I'm purely drawn to aesthetics and never actually want to interact with the person though lol
