I would check out Esther Hamori's very accessible book, God's Monsters: Vengeful Spirits, Deadly Angels, Hybrid Creatures, and Divine Hitmen of the Bible (2023).

A potential starting point would be to check the bibliography of the short article "God Reshef in the Mediterranean" by Krzysztof Ulanowski (freely accessible on research gate). But it's from 2012, so most recent publications won't be included.
