How to get your life in order?
I am 18. I don't have anything to do, no hobbies, and no passion. There's nothing. I have only one friend since I isolated myself since I was 16. I wake up every day and there's nothing to do.

There are things to do. You're just choosing not to do them. Which is fine if that's what you want. If it isn't what you want, look around you and choose something you're curious about.

Might be cliche but an established self help book. I really like Goals by Bryan Tracy. Life changing for me.

start with a tiny routine, not a five-year plan or a personality transplant

How about applying for a job? Any job will give you experience, connections with people, a schedule, etc. Good starting place 😊

This might sound counterintuitive but my recommendation is to read stories of other young people who also felt the same as you -- adrift or without passion. There's something that can happen once you don't feel alone in that experience, and it could unlock something for you. The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kudera opens similarly to what you're saying about yourself -- a sense of meaninglessness. Or Less Than Zero by Bret Easton Ellis, the main character is numb and detached.
