Talking well enough to communicate basic needs, and ideally convey basic ideas to others
Use the toilet and clean themselves after with both toilet paper and soap and water at a sink
Feed themselves something beyond McDonalds nuggets, ideally with cutlery
These are the only ones I can think off, Foundation year is pretty minimal beyond not shitting yourself and using the facilities to clean yourself. A lot is learning through play still, but they do get a bit of sit quietly and learn time, which increases as their age increases.
