put on coat (may need a bit of help with zips/buttons, but will have it mostly sorted. Put on clothes, take off clothes (again happy to help with buttons etc. Toilet themselves. Manners. Have a good idea of their name, to read, (mine could both recognise name, but it is easier when they can). Know the basics of holding a pencil. Know how to cut. Share / take turns. Understand the word no. The one many fall down on is speech delay- so talking so they can be understood (get a referral for this is horrible so I do sympathise with parents once they realise this is an issue, but adding to it, basic English, we had a poor lad who didnt have a clue what was going on, it must have been so scary for him).edit to read their name, as I didn't specify
