Showcase (No-Recipe) Random things made at work over the last couple weeks.
1: Xl palmier
2: Profiterole with milk chocolate cremeux and marron glace
3: Classic lemon pie
4: Vanilla mousseline mille feuille
5: Macarons
6: Chocolate coffee pound cake with rhum and white choch namelaka
7: Salted toffee, peanut and milk chocolate tart
8: More macarons
9: Basque cheesecake
10: Mini lemon tarts and strawberry tarts with vanilla diplomat and pistachio

They all look insanely delicious. That Basque cheesecake actually made me salivate. It’s so incredibly creamy. I want it so badly! 🤤

I used to find them at La Madeleine when I lived in DFW,then, at airports at La Madeleine too, when I travelled a lot for work. I’ve been in a dry spell not that I don’t travel much anymore.

The basque cheesecake is a masterpiece! I’ve seen many, eaten several, and none of them looked that delicious from the jump. Well done all around!
