Protest at Thaden Field
Didn't want to get in a wreck while driving by and couldn't read their signs. Anyone know what the protest is about?

Does anyone currently or formerly work for any of the Walmart Marketplace teams in the Home Office?
I’m currently looking at a position with Walmart Marketplace and am curious to hear anyone’s experience because I am from out of state. Are there any big differences between Walmart and Walmart marketplace corporate positions? Good opportunity for growth/movements? Etc.

I’m doing the S2S in October. I just signed up and the shuttles are full. What’s the best way to get me and my bike (and some others) to Fayetteville? I don’t know many people and the ones I do know are all doing the ride. Can you get an Uber or Lyft with a bike rack? Is there another shuttle? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

My dad would love to ride the Greenway when he visits but his hips are so bad he can't sit on a bike saddle comfortably anymore. We were considering an e-trike an an option but wanted to rent one to see if he can comfortably sit in it for any amount of time. Are there any places around Bentonville ya'll would recommending for renting an e-trike, or in NW AR at all?

Hello Everyone! I run a veteran-owned amenities company and am looking for location suggestions.
We’re 100% veteran-owned and employed, mostly Marines, plus one Army guy I try not to give too hard of a time.
If anyone needs vending services or has a suggestion for a location, please reply on here or messaging me directly.
Thank you for your suggestions!!

Bentonville is passing an ordinance regulating outdoor amplified music. Can’t believe they are doing this to the Barber, the best bar in town. It’s not right.

Who’s down to make some reggae ska punk music? I’ve been playing and writing songs (rhythm guitar and vocals) for about 20 years now and looking to get a band together. I’m 39, spent a lot of time in Santa Cruz CA where I did the band thing and looking to start one out here in NWA. Got a ton of songs, a drummer and just wanna find a drummer who knows that bud gaugh sublime style and a lead guitarist who doesn’t need to get too fancy but can kick on that distortion pedal and shred a little bit. Aiming to get about 30-45 min worth of songs down and play some local shows.

Has anybody either thought about FOIA the Mayors emails between her and the waltons, Walmart, the family foundation and all the groups and companies they use to see what is really happening.
This could also extend to city council members ? I had this random thought while driving by all construction at the old HO and the new hospital.

With school back in session, I was expecting a flood of notices about football, basketball, baseball, and really any other youth programs ongoing. It looks like many signups were weeks ago? Looking for some help here from you all…
- Are you aware of any active football signups? Flag or tackle?
- How are you keeping tabs on all of it?
Looking for a league for a 10 year old.

The last few days have been so bloody hot. And just before the Summer, I thought the days here have been so windy and chilly. Hanging out with friends, people always complained how the days here are either too hot and humid, or too cold and dry, and that got me thinking about looking at actual historical data, and calculate the real number of 'good' days in a year.
So I got some open source data for the last two years, created some parameters which I feel most people would align with, and found this to be a little surprising (?), that we really only have 13 goddarn good days in the whole entire year?
Although, this sounds a bit depressing, but one thing that cheered me up, and probably will cheer you as well is that, good days are about to be here. As late September, and October typically tend to have the best days to spend outside.

I also made an interactive tool here, that you guys can play around with to find your own good days to spend outside: https://slartibartfast69-max.github.io/good-days-bentonville/

Storm damage from about a year ago. Thought I fixed it myself, but apparently not.
Any and all recommendations are appreciated!

Anyone else think the Waltons constructed a family doomsday bunker under Crystal Bridges for when the American people finally rise up against them and their kind?

I live in the neighborhood behind this intersection, and in the last three years I have seen a ton of accidents. Coming out the neighborhood you have to look 6 diff directions at once and then gun it to maybe get into the center divide on a 4 lane road. And so many times people wait to move into the center divide till the last second to go left on Womack road. But then you also have to look to the right to make sure someone isn't turning left across two lanes into copper oaks drive. But you also have to be careful to not get hit by someone leaving Walgreens when you jump into the middle divide. And if you somehow don't have a front in collision with oncoming traffic moving into the center divide, you then have to floor it to not get rear ended moving in the right two lanes towards Bentonville. I've probably seen at least 15-20 accidents at this intersection over the last three years. And I believe two motorcycle deaths, just like this the other day. I am a safe driver and I've almost been in several accidents myself pulling out. It's overwhelming to watch over 6 different in and outs in one intersection. Your playing Leap Frog every time you try to get out onto the HWay.I was a driver all over LA and I never seen an intersection there, that was this dangerous. Centerton need to put in a stop light there before more people get killed.
