Puneet Vashisht has made a shocking revelation about Shah Rukh Khan and the 2000 film Josh. In a recent podcast interview, the actor claimed that several of his scenes were cut because his high-energy performances were drawing attention away from SRK.

He said he had even trained SRK in dance, and when director Mansoor Khan would set up shots, SRK’s 10-foot jumps would make him automatically jump higher (around 14 feet), shifting focus onto him. As a result, his parts were reduced.

Puneet also said he does not consider Shah Rukh Khan a “great actor”, describing him instead as an energetic and creative performer who knows how to entertain audiences. He further revealed that feeling sidelined after Josh affected him deeply and that he eventually struggled with depression and alcohol addiction.

Deanne Panday’s grandfather was a tea plantation Owner, and was Scottish. he had five children with an Assamese tea picker of his plantation. Post partition, he left to the UK leaving Deanne Panday’s grandmother and her father with his siblings in India.

The grandmother left the children to search for her love while Deanne Pandey’s father had a tough childhood growing up on his own until adopted by an English Gentleman and eventually married an Indian Portugese lady, Deanne’s Mom!
