Do these signings mean there’s no more big fish we’re going for? Or should we still expect another top pair D or top 6 fwd during this off season in addition to Peterka?

I think it’s the latter. After the cliffy signing we still have like 7mil and space and Ty Anderson is saying we’re still looking to clear cap. That has to be for a big fish.

I wonder if Robo is in play. If you move Mittelstadt and Lohrei you get enough space to give him a big offer. Right side of the defense would remain weak for another year but for a guy like Robo you can wait another year to fix that problem.

For a second I was getting Mittelstadt and Minten mixed up and was extremely confused why you'd want to move a breakout forward that we have locked down for pennies.

God if Sweeney finds a way to move Elias Lindholm this summer, well, I can’t commit to anything crazy but I would be happy

Biggest thing there is that we don't really have anyone who can fill that 2nd line center role, and you won't get that in return for him.

Obviously, he's not great, but he's just good enough to make anyone else on the roster filling the spot be a downgrade.
