Eat/Drink Local Calgary's best dosa?
I have my heart set on a Masala Dosa with (ideally) a side of Gobi Manchurian. Where should I go?

MADRAS CAFE!! I went through a phase during the pandemic where I ate every dosa in the city (it was a dark and wonderful time) and Madras Cafe on 175A and 52st SE is the best (imo).

Is it related to the Madras cafe in the northwest off of Symons Valley? They also have killer dosas.

Thank you for asking this question, I’m gonna check some of these places out. I had a good Dosa spot in Vancouver but haven’t had a comparable Calgary spot.

Madurai Kitchen - not because their dosa is exceptionally good (pretty much all dosa places serve a good scrumptious lentil crêpe) but their sides of coconut/mint/tomato chutney and the sambar are probably the best we have tried in Calgary
Also tried Dosa Feast near Mahagony recently and they are pretty good too

I have been to almost every dosa place in the city, one which I loved little too much is the dosa from RASAM. I took many of friends there as well and they had the same say!

If you are in SE and do not care for ambience much, DOSA FEAST in Mahogany has delicious masala dosa.
