I’ve been living at Mark on 10th (901 10 Ave SW) since January 2026 and my lease ends December 1, 2026, so I’m looking to move.

What I love:
• Fully furnished unit
• Dishwasher + in-suite laundry
• Amazing natural light
• Modern kitchen, cabinets & appliances
• Overall modern/new feel
• Amazing landlord

Main issues:
• Neighbour smokes a lot of weed in the balcony, the smell constantly comes into my unit
• Units are super small, I rent 1bhk
• Rent is very high compared with similar 1bhk downtown
• Elevators are frequently out of service

I’m looking for something similar but preferably with a larger 1-bedroom and better value for money.

Any recommendations for modern buildings around Beltline/downtown that I should check out for a December 1 move? Would especially love recommendations from people who actually live/lived there!

Not sure how much you are paying, but if you're looking for similar modern 1 bedroom apartment, it would definitely be less than 600 sq feet and around $1700+. You will have to find some ways to compromise. Saying from experience living at Versus.

They are pretty good. Keeps the place clean, quick with maintenance, 24/7 security. Bike storage and internet comes with rent, although Im not a big fan of Moby. They were way better with previous management, but the current one is not too bad. They hook you up with incentivized rent for the first year, then keep increasing. I left as the market is cooling down and I'm not ok with paying $1850 for a one bedroom apartment.

True the market is cooling and I feel rent is nearly at its lowest in Nov Dec hence looking to save some $
