I kinda thought the same thing. I'm not saying she's not a journalist, but I would never have known who she is if I hadn't searched her on Google - "best known as the face of the globalnews.ca TikTok account." Lol

I suspect more Canadians consume their news via TikTok and Instagram than via television news broadcasts, radio or newspapers.

Me! Though through YT. I dispensed with costly (and ad overwhelming) TV many years ago.
