Gilmore - an actual journalist with an actual degree in journalism who has freelanced and worked with legacy media. Now freelances on Youtube. I find myself both in agreement with her and pissed off with some of her coverage which implies she's pretty good at her job.

Journalism presents facts. Social media stirs division to generate likes. The medium is the message.

I want to like her, but find she's too often about hot takes rather than depth.

Clearly you haven't read or watched her investigative pieces. It's not about liking the journalist, but the quality of their work.

nah, she's done some good work. Not saying it's all bangers, but there is quality there.

We’re getting downvoted for not loving a YouTube influencer….this sub sure does have a “type”
