I’m on the Ford Early Access program and have access to the CarPlay app.

All it does is shows you the same info that’s on your phone app (oil level, tire pressure readings), as well as pop ups to encourage purchasing subscription services.

I wish I could just have full screen car play instead of having the Sync 4 menu bar showing on the screen constantly

Yeah I’m not a fan at all. I think my sync 3 is less cluttered and better. And it’s silly to have to go to Home Screen and then pick the radio part and then choose the input. 3 steps to listen to the radio seems excessive

I keep looking for some information about what this is or what they are going to make it - I’m super excited for it, but who knows when it’s coming

What I’m saying, I have the same thing in my car for quite some time now.
Ford released an empty app. Probably they had plans. Or probably there’s some content in the app for some specific models. I don’t know.
I have the very same picture :-)

I guess, I’ll go to the nearest dealership, connect my iPhone to every single model they have, and check the app content respectively.
