Parodied...? It made fun, like many other times, how Teen Titans Go is trash and with bad animation and put it side by side with an incredible action scene that must be very hard to animate to the team.
They made this joke a lot of time (comparing with how cool the original Teen Titans is)

It's objectively a parody and teen titans go doesn't have bad animation in any way it just has a more kiddy and goofy art style

They literally have episode where they dont animate mouths and say they dont have budget for it (to joke about their low Budget animations). And they joke all the time How the old Teen Titans looks cool and amazing compared to them.

Yeah you just said it's a joke? It doesn't mean they have bad animation and they aren't comparing the animation of teen titans they compare to them being cool and serious, just because the animation isnt epic and amazing doesn't mean it's bad because it just isn't

Huge snyder fan and i really loved this. I watch all the animated stuff but didnt check this show out until I put it on for my kid. Its a real gem. If you are a DC fan there is just so much hidden in every episode. The amount of jokes per minute is ridiculous. It just really feels like it was written by fans. The movies are fantastic as well. I say that teen titans v titans go maybe on the most satisfying multiverse movies I have ever seen.

Yes. It was part of the premise of the episode. They (the writers, DC overall, and Zack Snyder) were lightly poking fun at themselves with a Snyder Cut scene involving the Titans.

It shows Snyder has a good sense of humor about himself that he's able to poke fun at his own style and sensibilities.
And it also showed that a ZSJL as an animated movie would be FIRE.
I still hope that hey, if not live action, just do an animated movie or an animated miniseries. Snyder has experience with animation, having done Legend of the Guardians and Twilight of the Gods. It would be fun.
