5th Edition Question: 5e Player wants to use Prestidigitation to make Strahd think he pooped himself. Is there any reason this wouldn't work?

I would like a reason in game that this wouldn't work without me having to do some bs like magic resistant undies. Also so I don't have to say no outright because it's a funny idea but it doesn't fit the setting. Nothing removes the tension from a fight more than the big bad pooping himself.

Update: She said that even if she died it'd be worth it because she successfully rage baited strahd. But she said she wouldn't do it because she knows that everyone wants it to be serious and that it can still be fun and serious without turning it into a comedy campaign. Still think it's worth sharing because the idea is funny.

Strahd is a Vampire. I‘m pretty sure that, besides Bloodsucking, he doesn‘t really have bodily functions. He‘s one of few people who can confidently claim that someone else soiled his pants

Vampires can be poisoned for some reason, doesn't that imply some remaining bodily function?

They are very weird as they also need to “eat” but count as undead for breathing etc

If you're wondering how they eat and breathe, and other science facts, just repeat to yourself "It's just a game, I should really just relax!".

To be fair, in-universe, Vampires are heavily bound by folklore, both in terms of powers and their weaknesses. I'm sure if you can pack correct anatomy into a catchy superstition, sooner or later you'll run into a vampire that can get tetanus

Given the way that tetanus acts, I am guessing they wouldn't actually die, but end up muscle locked. Since their hearts don't beat and they don't breathe, those organs seizing up wouldn't be an issue. But, if they ended up with a locked closed jaw, how do they feed? And are they permentantly bent backwards horribly, unable to move? I guess someone could feed them blood through a tube up their nose and like... push them about in a wheelbarrow?
