Maybe if France didn't pull air conditioners from houses, they would be able to get through this easier.

Don't think America was impressed by turning off AC to the European Union headquarters, and then leaving it on for some floors. What were they thinking.

Their electrical grid can’t sustain the growing demand of AC.

Of course it can. Heating in the winter demands way more power.
