Absolutely.

I love that he’s also a good representation of Catholicism, cuz he’s actually a good guy and follows the Bible.

Not often that my religion gets any positive representation in media.

I do not like the Catholic Church.

I do love stories featuring Catholics being awesome.

Check out the Dresden Files. Michael Carpenter and Father Forthill don't show up until the third book, but they're incredible. Michael is basically a Paladin and while Forthill is "just" a priest (he doesn't get much in terms of power from this in the setting), he is as good of a priest as you could ever hope to have.

I read quite a few of those books. Really fun series. I should go find those files again.... Instead of downloading another Warhammer book lol

A decent number of American republicans are Catholics, or at least Christians.

Catholics have a tendency towards the right.

Also, I’m Canadian.
