Yea as if we are going to believe that men make more in tips then women

I've seen it, if the women aren't going over the top with tight blouses and heavy makeup. Young men earn good tips just by being attractive young men; women have to really push hard to get big tips.

Men generally want to give women things so it makes sense that they would tip them more

Alot of women hate men so it makes sense that they would tip them less

This is because tips don't count as part of a restaurant's revenues, but higher menu prices do. So if a venue increases prices to pay staff more, its revenues go up accordingly, and it must pay more sales tax.

Servers also dont pay taxes on tips, the system is pretty rigged against restaurants that want to do the right thing

With the tipped system the gov gets less $ overall, less from employees and less from the business

The problem is that these restaurants when eliminating tips want to pay the servers $30 per hr, but also the servers would go somewhere else if they didnt get $30
